Q: How is this different from a regular PIR sensor?
A: Traditional PIR only detects infrared heat changes from movement. Our mmWave radar detects actual physical movement — including breathing — so it works even when someone is sitting still.

Q: Is this made by Tuya?
A: No. We are an authorized Tuya partner. We design and manufacture the hardware; Tuya provides the app and cloud services.

Q: Can multiple people share access?
A: Yes — use the app's sharing feature or create a shared home to invite family members.

Q: What if setup fails?
A: Ensure your phone is connected to 2.4GHz WiFi, Bluetooth is enabled, and the sensor indicator is flashing fast. If issues persist, try AP mode by long-pressing the reset button for 5 seconds.
